Abiola Segun-Williams is a Nigerian actress popularly known as Titi K on her role in TV Soap Tinsel, featuring in a chunk of movies in Nigeria and the diaspora acting alongside with prestigious actors such as Desmond Elliot, I will take my chances produced by Emem Isong and Damages with Uche Jombo and a long list.
Abiola Segun-Williams became a professional actress from 1986. Also, in school she started acting to earn a living as a professional actor. Studied theatre arts and started acting professionally in 1988, her fame brought so many to watch stage plays to Lagos, Ibadan, Jos, Kaduna, and so on, performing on various theater stages and in front of the camera bringing delight as she showcases her talent.
Her First acting role was a stage play – “Remilekun Jankarino” by Ben Tomiloju in 1986
Married with two children. She was diagnosed with auto- immune rheumatic disease that affects the skin and some organs in the body which started some time ago, but this can’t stop her. Once asked what she would have been if acting didn’t workout, she said she would have been a successful trader.
Mrs segun-Williams understanding the pain and struggle of women, over the years she has been fully involved in woman empowerment also known for different humanitarian services she has rendered has brought joy to hearts and smiles to faces. Exhibiting her talents and doing what she knows best has released two new monologue series called ‘’GODDAMN RUBBISH” and ”I CANT SHAT” reaching out to women, mindfully empowering them to reach for the skies making them know they can achieve anything if they put their mind to it, this series also helps fix differences between marriages.
Her first performance on stage was showcased On the launching of S.H.A.P.E a brand of Whitefield foundation being sponsored by CoCa Cola foundation for the empowerment of women in Nigeria, the drama was brief and so interesting, it got the crowd going and the messaged was passed.
