The Plateau State Peoples Democratic Party Chairman, Hon. Chris Hassan said, “despite Chief Joshua Chibi Dariye conviction, the former Governor has continued to enjoy respect, honour and loyalty from the people of Plateau state and political class beyond the state”

Hon. Chris Hassan, while reacting to the release of the former Governor as having made legendary contributions to the State through his re-engineering project.

Plateau citizens cannot forget in a hurry the landmark achievements of Dariye’s administration including citadel of learning, infrastructure, health care, security, industries to create employments, to generate wealth and boost the socio-economic of the state.

He also remember the popular slogan of the former Governor “to leave Plateau State better than we met it”.

He acknowledged the contributions of the Kawun Mushere’s administration to the development of the state through establishment of Plateau State University, and other humanitarian services, which has helped in raising men who have impacted the society positively in their various fields of human endeavours.

Hon. Hassan describes Chief Dariye as a season Accountant, astute administrator, grassroots mobilizer, kind-hearted, generous, and a worthy son of Plateau.
