The atmosphere was one full of excitement as the Member representing Pankshin-Kanke-Kanam in the House of Representatives, Rt Hon Yusuf Adamu Gagdi today revalidates his membership status of the All Progressive Congress(APC) at his polling unit in Gum, Gagdi ward of Kanam Local Government Area.
The member who was accompanied to his hometown by the Plateau State Chairman of the Party, Chief Letep Dabang along side other state and local government EXCO members of the party and members of the APC Revalidation and Registration Committee of Plateau State, expressed his delight and used the occasion to reiterate his abiding faith in the principles and ideologies of the party. He urged all APC members in his constituency to turn up en masse to ensure that they all participate in the exercise.
While issuing him the new membership card, the Plateau State Chairman of the 7-man Revalidation Committee said that the exercise was for revalidation of all members of the party and registration of new ones and that it will continue in all the polling units of the country very soon.
Also speaking at the occasion, the Plateau State Chairman of the party, Chief Letep Dabang said that Gagdi has been a very faithful and committed member of the party and lauds his tremendous contributions to the growth and development of the party in the State and the country at large.
Other members on the entourage include Hon Ismaila Hudu Bala,Member representing Kantana Constituency, Hon Yahuza Yusuf Kyansar ,Commissioner SUBEB, Alh Shuaibu Gyangyang, Hon Ibrahim Saleh former Commissioner Plateau State and many other takeholders, elders and members of the party.
