Hon. Diket Plang Sympathized With attacked victims in Bokkos, Mourns with family of bereaved in Pankshin

It was a sad day in Bokkos LGA as four (4) of it’s residents were buried today as a result of an attacked that occurred on the 8th October, 2022 by unknown gunmen.

Those who were killed and buried today are Mataru Mahwash Daman, Mallan Amallam Dawa, Daniel Ishaya and Ishaya M. Fompun.

Hon. Diket Plang while speaking immediately after the burial service at COCIN LCC Kuliyas Mabel ,sympathized with the deceased families and the entire Bokkos LGA over the tragic occurrence. He said, may the good Lord continue to comfort the entire people of the area and to grant the departed an eternal rest.

Hon. Diket Plang also joined the growing number of individuals and groups to condemned in totality the October 8 attack, describing it as a crime and sinful to humanity and God, he prayed to God to forgive the actors of this barbaric act.

The Chairman of Hon. Diket Plang Campaign Council Hon. Sam Damla, the Plateau State APC Deputy Chairman and the State APC Deputy Women Leader were also among the sympathizers.

Thereafter, Hon. Diket Plang alongside Secretary Pankshin Local Government Council Hon. Edward Sunkur condoled with Wule family of Fier, Pankshin LGA over the death of their father Late Baba Thomas Wulle.

The Late.Baba Wulle until his demise was the Former President of Fier Development Association, and a well respected elder in the entire Fier District.

Also, in his condolence message, Hon. Diket Plang prayed for the repose of the deceased and for God Almighty to strengthen the family and friends of the deceased.

Responding , the elderly son of the deceased Mr. Cosmos Wule a Lecturer with the University of Jos thanked Hon. Diket Plang for standing with them in their trying moment, saying may the good Lord continue to bless and reward him with victory come 2023.
