The APC Flag Bearer for Plateau Central Senatorial District Hon. Diket Plang, has commended the Leadership of the State APC Working Committee for organizing a familiarization meeting of its Flag Bearers who emerged victorious during the just concluded primary elections in the State.
Stressing on the outcome of the meeting, Hon. Diket Plang described the meeting very fruitful and colourful as he emphasized the interface has really addressed some areas where the party needs to pay more attention.
The Candidate who stated this yesterday Monday 25 July, 2022, after the meeting held at the State Party Office in Jos, while appreciating the party for the meeting Hon. Diket Plang further charged them to continue to relate well with the local government and ward leaderships of the party to ensure that all the Governorship, Senatorial seats, House of Representatives and State House of Assembly are won with wide margins.
Earlier, the State Party Chairman Hon. Rufus Bature, congratulated all the Candidates for their emergence at the last primaries, urging them to reunite and reconcile with all those that participated in the primary elections.
During the well attended meeting of the APC candidates, Hon. Joe Bukar, spoke for those contesting for the State House Assembly, Hon. Ishaya Lalu, also spoke for those contesting for House of Representatives and Hon. Diket Plang for those contesting for Senatorial seats.
The meeting ended up with comments and goodwill messages from the APC Gubernatorial Candidate Dr. Nentawe Yilwatda. The Deputy Speaker House of Representatives Rt. Hon. Idris Maje while appreciating the party for the meeting also harped on the need for reconciliation across board.
