A group Known as the (APC) ultimate women from Kanke visited Hon. Diket Plang and congratulates him on his victory at Primary election held on 28th, May 2022.The visit was at his residence in Rayfild, Jos.

The leader of the group said, ” considering Hon.Diket Plang political prowess, track record,administrative and political score cards and his attribute of hard-work and commitment to service,is a clear indication that Hon. Diket Plang will be victorious at the upcoming General elections by the Grace of God in 2023.They said they came to identify with Hon.Diket Plang, knowing fully well that inclusion of women in politics has been identified in recent times as one of the major propellers of economic growth and development as such they came to key into his aspiration and vision for Plateau Senatorial District.

Women’s groups are strong Political pillars at the grassroots and every politics by virtue of their commitment (women)are important in wining at the polls they said .the women leader further said, Isolating women from participating in politics at the grassroots will become a challenge to societal development, making it difficult for women to harness available opportunities for economic development.

With the coming of hon. Diket Plang if giving the mandate all the necessary challenges will become a history”. She further said, with our prayers and support, the movement will emerge victorious and successful.

Hon. Diket Satso Plang while responding emphasize that,his goals is to improve the welfare; progress and the standard of living of women, and to increase the role of women at the political sphere so that women will be involve in decision making for societal development and progress.

Two prominent women’s in the meeting advise Hon. Diket Plang to always consider women’s in his empowerment or assistance, considering their roles in politics and participation.The group prayed for him,his family, aspiration and the entire Campaign to be able to emerge victorious and to fulfill all the desired goals,visions and Plans for the Zone.

On a farewell message to the women, he reassure them of his willingness to carry along women and to excellently execute his campaign promises if elected into office.
