Federal government has declared friday 8th March 2019 as public holiday to enable citizens travel to their various local governments to exercise their franchise against the Gubernatorial and House of Representatives elections.
Citizens are all expected to use their permanent voters card (pvc) to vote, with prestige and capabilities .
Citizens are also advised to contribute immensely to the conducted free and fair elections by being orderly and adhesive to the rules guiding the electoral code.Youths are strongly advised to avoid ballot snatching, rigging, and riots during or after elections .
Also a dusk to dawn ill movement has being imposed on the 9th march 2018 to avoid issues.
